Nu Browser

The Web is information. Data. It is served up by web servers, using the HTTP transport protocol, and consists mostly of HTML (RSS and various media types are in there too). All this is accessed via a web browser like Firefox or Internet Explorer (my browser of choice is Flock). These browsers conform (mostly) to the standards set out by the W3C.

But what if there was a browser that didn't? A browser that took the HTML served by the web and displayed data that could be manipulated, stored, and shared? A browser that could be easily configured to display web pages in whatever way the user desires. A browser that could make the data in the web accessible to other software running on the users' computer, as objects instead of HTML snippets. A Nu Browser.
